Performance Art

I try through poetic language to put my body in relation to the materials, with the intention of making the unseen visible. The protagonist of my work is the body that I inhabit, and the materials are the tools.

My intention is to give the body, the physical spaces to discover and dialogue with what yearns to be looked at. Claiming my attention and inviting me to remember who I am. Materialize what is felt but not seen. What my skin and my soul breathe.

Play and work for the pure sonority of being. That voice that sings in its relationship with the body. Remembering that the silence of the void is the silence of the soul.

“Art does not transform anything, it does not change the world, it does not change reality. What truly transforms the artist, while he evolves, transforms, and completes his languages, is himself. And there is the human being transformed by art, the one who can transform his reality from life” Jorge Oteiza.
