Individual sessions offer a space of intimacy where you can get to know
and explore your inner universe.
Being able to give discomfort a compassionate look gives us the opportunity to remodel ourselves and be able to live with our internal wounds in a kinder way. It’s about validating what you feel and responding to what happens in each encounter. This work will give us growth and greater knowledge of what lives within us.
Being able to look at what lives in us is very painful and requires courage and commitment. But it is even more painful not to look at it and let it consume you and cloud your image of who you really are. We try to be able to live with what we have experienced more kindly and lovingly with ourselves.
The remarkable value of providing discomfort with sufficient conditions to support creation is regenerative.
These conditions lead us to a poetic world that allows us to reconstruct and re-signifying ourselves. You will creatively navigate your depths to you can embrace your shadows and discover your beacons of light and strength through playing.
It is about giving the body the physical space to discover and the dialogue which longs to be looked at.
Remember that you are not a victim of what you have experienced; you are simply someone brave who seeks new ways to treat yourself and others. Reclaim your inner power and trust in the creative being that you already are.

This is a proposal with regular 60-minute sessions, once a week. This frequency and regularity over the months will allow you to go deeper, layer by layer and at your own pace. A creative space is partly about transformation, which takes time and progress. It is a commitment to self-care within yourself in a safe space where you can be, with what you bring to each session, without judgments or demands. All this is accompanied by everything that Art Therapy offers us.

You will gain security and confidence by connecting with your body and what lives in it creatively in a safe space. We will create a space where you can be truly free to create your new reality, connecting with the creative being that you are, that will bring you the ability to see and feel those capacities that inhabit you to create new ways of living.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
We will meet via Zoom on the day and time you have reserved. The idea is to create a space where we can delve deeper over time. If you decide not to continue, we will have a few closing sessions and after you can unsubscribe. The sessions are regular and will be present throughout the year except the month to be agreed.
No previous experience in art is necessary.
