I invite you to feel and share with me a free space to BE. To remember what and who we really are. Unlearn what you have learned and let it go to find your own voice.

I will accompany you on this journey, creating the conditions for you to be your own healer by becoming aware of what you are doing.

We will return to being children, to grow again and allow ourselves to be guided by the movement of the body and surrendering to it. Activating the energy that will shows us the way. This will be accompanied by both internal and external sounds and silences.

Let the intuition come out, listen to it, feel and trust it. I trust you.

I invite you to navigate in your system in order to change it. Through meditation you will be able to enter your mind, accompanied by the Art and thus be able to begin to think with your heart and walk towards the way the whale and the ocean see. This will open the possibility of changing the past through the perceptions that we build in the present, here and now.
