Art Therapy

Art therapy offers a framework that supports therapeutic and artistic-poetic work, where what has been experienced can begin to be integrated. The house-body starts to be a home inhabited by the body in its entirety.

The art therapy space allows you to be and do in a FREE way, integrating the being in its entirety, becoming aware of both the body and the mental and emotional (soul). It seeks to expand the system of perceptions and reopen cognitive schemes, leaving behind limiting beliefs to investigate new forms of communication and relating to oneself and to what surrounds one.

It is about generating the conditions for a creative encounter, of creatively interrogating our discomforts and desires to bring into play the poetic dimension, thus expressing what is impossible to communicate with words.

The body is a fundamental part of this process, and from it, from the movement it generates, it will trace an image, leaving a production materialised by art.

This process will facilitate greater flexibility and emotional regulation, inviting us to bring our past to the present to transform our future.

This proposal welcomes the person, without judgment or expectations, with listening and presence. In this process, there is a dialogue of transformation that sustains a new look at each encounter, a journey into the unknown starting from what is one’s own, from the uniqueness of each one to explore their creative potential and capacities, an accompaniment in personal and creative processes, both individually and in groups.
